Potatoes contain more than half the daily recommended adult requirement of Vitamin C. Rice and pasta don't contain any Vitamin C at all!

Oven Chips
Ingredients
- 2 large baking potatoes
- Sunflower oil or spray oil
Method
- Pre heat the oven to Gas Mark 6.
- Cut the potatoes into the size chips that you prefer - remember that chunky chips absorb less fat than very thin chips.
- Put the chips into an ovenproof dish, lightly coat or spray the chips with the oil.
- Cook for 30 - 40 minutes, or until brown, turning 2 or 3 times.
